DW Dunn Ltd Plumbing and Heating trading as Gloucestershire-Softeners was established in May 2017 in partnership with Kinetico acting as their local dealer for the Gloucestershire region.
We have a team of eight qualified engineers and a dedicated support team to ensure excellent customer service.

Excellent supply/delivery of salt this week for the Kinetico water softener that was supplied to me by Andy three years ago and is working magnificently. Customer care at it’s best!
When I first approached this Company for a quote I had no prior knowledge of them. When they came to quote I was impressed by the open, honest attitude and willingness to listen, discuss... and advise. The quote was to my satisfaction and they have now not only undertaken that particular job but have over the past six months undertaken a variety of other tasks too involving gas/heating engineers, plumbers and an electrician. I have been very pleased with the standard and quality of the work as well as the professional and helpful attitude of the individual tradesmen.
