Truly a professional company to deal with. Had the Kinetico water softener installed by the company along with the tap. All work done to high standard. There was a minor issue with the leak... which was immediately addressed over the weekend so great customer care and after sales service. Andy, the MD, takes personal interest in customer satisfaction and engages extremely quick via emails and phones. Overall very pleased with the company and the staff (Mark, Dan) who go above and beyond to deliver quality service. No hesitation in recommending the company and their products.read more

After getting in touch with Andy at Gloucester Softeners, he advised me on the most appropriate water softener for my needs. I bought a Kinetico model at an excellent price and haven’t... looked back. Our taps and showers no longer have limescale and the water feels so much better. Andy supplies our block salt as the price is very competitive. If you require a softener of salt, look no further.read more

From our first call to this company, Andy was very responsive, including out of hours communication. He came up with an innovative solution to provide a water softener we could use in our... new kitchen, when we had been struggling to find a solution. When I first approached this Company for a quote I had no prior knowledge of them. When they came to quote I was impressed by the open, honest attitude and willingness to listen, discuss... and advise. The quote was to my satisfaction and they have now not only undertaken that particular job but have over the past six months undertaken a variety of other tasks too involving gas/heating engineers, plumbers and an electrician. I have been very pleased with the standard and quality of the work as well as the professional and helpful attitude of the individual tradesmen. It has been a pleasure to have each member of the team in my home.
